Put on your masks, bring a blanket or yoga mat and join us at Pocket Park to move and stretch with Lindsay from Twisted Tree Yoga. Learn the concepts of mindfulness, calm breathing (pranayama), meditation, and yoga postures all while playing games and having fun as a family!
To help keep everyone safe, space in this program is limited. Families will be socially distanced from each other and required to wear masks. Please register for one spot per family and provide an email address to receive additional information. This program may be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
