This in-person program will begin in the first-floor lobby.

Enjoy a 30-minute walk through the neighborhood as we chat about Anxious People, our One Book, One Village community read title by Fredrik Backman. All walking speeds welcome! All walking speeds welcome.

Walkers will meet at the Patron Services Desk at 10 a.m. A physical activity waiver must be signed before embarking. In case of rain or other inclement weather, this program will be canceled.

Free copies of Anxious People are available to Mount Prospect residents at the Patron Services or Fiction/AV/Teen desks starting September 9, while supplies last. Multiple formats are also available for checkout from the library catalog.
