Event Details

This in-person program will be held in Meeting Room A. 
Take a scheduled break from your hectic day and enjoy 30 minutes of dedicated silent reading. Read our One Book, One Village selection, Anxious People by Fredrik Backman, or bring your own book.
Optional socializing and bookish button-making to follow silent reading. Refreshments will be provided. 
Free copies of Anxious People are available to Mount Prospect residents at the Patron Services or Fiction/AV/Teen desks starting September 9, while supplies last. Multiple formats are also available for checkout from the library catalog.
