VIRTUAL Understanding Vaccines Developed to Prevent COVID-19

Join Village of Mount Prospect Public Health Nurse Jill Heinking as she explores multiple vaccines created to prevent coronavirus disease. Learn how vaccines are developed, how they work in the body, their effectiveness, side effects, and information about Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) immunization schedules. Heinking will also address vaccine myths and misconceptions. If you have questions about vaccines you would like addressed, please submit them via email to reference@mppl.org for consideration. This program is to provide general information and is for educational purposes only. 
This program will be presented using Zoom. Participants must register and provide a working email address to receive the login information.
This program will be presented in Spanish on Monday, March 29.
