Outdoor Community Read Storytime at Pocket Park

For ages 3 and up with their families.

Put on your masks, bring a blanket or chairs, and join us for a special storytime featuring our Community Read title, Blue Sky, White Stars by Sarvinder Naberhaus. The Mount Prospect Public Library Woven Together Community Read initiative is designed to bring together children and educators within our community to celebrate great works of literature. Each attendee will receive their own copy of the book to keep after the program.

Pocket Park, located at Emerson & Busse, enjoys a lot of sun, so please plan accordingly. All children must be accompanied by a participating adult. To help keep everyone safe, this program is limited to 8 families who will be positioned 6 feet from each other and are required to wear masks, except when seated in designated areas. Please register for one spot per family and provide your email address to receive additional information. This program may be canceled due to inclement weather.
