Event Details
An immigration attorney from Chokshi Filippone Law will provide a basic overview of the family-based green card process for relatives for U.S. citizens and permanent residents. The seminar will also provide information on eligibility for visas related to the Violence Against Women Act and a brief update on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
